Questions

Common questions

What do I need to send?

Sanded, raw parts with a cut list or door count, the color and sheen, and the date you need them back.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no fixed minimum. Send us your door count, color and sheen, and we will quote the batch.

How long does a batch take?

Timing depends on the size and complexity of the order. A typical batch takes two weeks or more, depending on our current production schedule. We confirm the exact dates in your quote.

Can you match my client's color?

Yes. We match any fan deck color or a physical sample, and spray a sample for approval before the batch.

Why water-based finishes instead of lacquer?

Modern Italian waterborne systems like Renner are as hard and smooth as solvent lacquers, with far less odor and fewer VOCs.

Do you work with homeowners?

Our focus is cabinet makers and our own custom cabinetry, but we take on kitchen refinishing for homeowners on request.
